Straight harp pentatonic major

  • Although bluesharpists usually stick to cross harp, it's useful to know the straight harp position too.
      Here's the pentatonic major scale in straight harp:

    That last riff reminds me of a trumpet signal. This can be very effective in the right place and absolutely disastrous if played in the wrong circumstances.
